Marshall Etiquette

- No rallies other than Marshall!!!
- Always have your own Marshall rally started.
- Only send your main troop in an R4's rally.
- Send all 4 of your troops, at the same time, to hit Marshall.
- Don't start rallies if they will not make it to Marshall before the end of the event.
- Hit the help button, always.
